Seating at House of Blues Dallas
The Music Hall at House of Blues Dallas features a main floor that is General Admission Standing Room Only for most shows. The balcony offers reserved seating for most shows.
- General Admission (Main Floor): Standing room only. Guests are encouraged to arrive early for the best spot near the stage.
- Balcony Reserved Seating: Available for most shows and can be purchased in advance online.
- VIP Upgrades: Foundation Room members have access to premium seating and bottle service. Day-of upgrades may be available at the box office while supplies last.
We do not allow re-entry for any shows. Guests should plan to arrive before doors open to allow time for security screening.
Parking Near House of Blues Dallas
House of Blues Dallas does not have its own parking facility. We recommend the following options:
- Public Parking Lots: Located directly behind the venue at 2200 N Lamar St. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- ParkWhiz: Pre-purchase parking passes online at parkwhiz.com to guarantee a spot for your event.
- SpotHero: Find and reserve nearby parking through the SpotHero app or website.
- Valet Parking: Currently available to Foundation Room members only.
We recommend using DART Light Rail – Victory Station (Green and Orange lines) is nearby. Rideshare drop-off is available along N Lamar St in front of the venue.
Box Office Information
The House of Blues Dallas box office is open on show days only, starting two hours prior to doors opening.
- Online: Purchase tickets at dallas.houseofblues.com or LiveNation.com. Online tickets are available any time.
- Box Office: In-person ticket sales and will call pickup available on show days starting two hours before doors open.
- Will Call: Pick up will call tickets at the box office on day of show with a valid ID. Advance pickup is available by calling 214-978-2583.
House of Blues Dallas is a cashless venue. All transactions inside the venue require a credit or debit card. Tickets for cancelled shows are refunded at the original point of purchase.
